After hearing our wants, Dave asked us the hard hitting questions and really made us think about things and he changed our minds for the best. Originally we were wanting to be closer and more in the town of Breckenridge as that's where we had always lived and enjoyed our time in town. But with Dave he was able to make sure he showed us our wants as well as other areas we maybe were not open to before. Dave took us to a home that was less than 10 minutes away from town and it checked all our boxes but also was not a home we would’ve seen ourselves in.
