Lakewood’s original enclave, Green Mountain Villages sees moderate price increases in 2022 over 2021. Average year-to-date prices were up 9.2% over the year-to-date average in 2021. The average price in Green Mountain Village for the year ending 2022 was $773,494 as compared to 2021’s average of $708,043. Average home prices increased in 2022 just slightly less than the 11-county metropolitan wide increase. Even so, the average days on market before moving into a pending/under contract status was up just slightly in 2022 to 14 days versus 5 days in 2021. The average price per finished square foot in 2022 was $309.98, up 9.5% over 2021 and the least expensive home sold was at $199.94 per finished square foot while the most expensive home sold in Green Mountain Village weighed in at $427.37 a finished square foot.
