Green Mountain home prices are still finding attractiveness with buyers in the marketplace and are holding strong with growth of 15.4% over the year end 2021 closed average price. Prices ended 2021 with an average of $634,354. Prices through May 2022 are reflecting a closed average of $731,961 equating to almost a $100,000 price increase in just the first five months of 2022.
