Highlands Ranch original luxury addresses in Falcon Hills saw prices increase in 2022 over 2021. Average year-to-date prices were up 22.4% over the year-to-date average in 2021. The average price in Falcon Hills for the year ending 2022 was $1,662,142 as compared to 2021’s average of $1,357,500. While average home prices increased in 2022, it did take a bit longer for sales to find their way to sellers with an average of 124 days.
