The average price in Bell Mountain Ranch for the year ending 2022 was $1,349,444 as compared to 2021’s average of $1,312,075. Average home prices increased in 2022 modestly due to the specialty nature of this community. Even so, the average days on market before moving into a pending/under contract status was steady at 39 days. The average price per finished square foot in 2022 was $278.65, up 6.4% over 2021 and the least expensive home sold was at $220 per finished square foot and the most expensive home sold in Bell Mountain Ranch weighed in at $367 a finished square foot.
